Band:  
3 layer band:  Textile production process that creates an elastic band having a special jacquard structure made with a three layer yarn that permits making well-defined graphics. Exceptional material stability even during maximum extension.  Exceptional comfort, fostered by the softness of the yarns that maintain their characteristics unaltered even if subjected to prolonged stretchings (e.g. helmet use).  High level graphics and chromatic effects can be acheived.
2-layer band:  Textile production process that creates an elastic band having special jacquard structure made with a two-layer yarn. Good material stability.

Face Foam:
Vario Foam:  Soft anatomic open-cell heat-molded foam with variable density and thickness.  Anatomic face foam. The goggles have exceptional adaptability to all faces guaranteed by the variable thickness and densities of the foam and by its relative elasticity.
Standard Foam:  Soft open-cell foam.  Constant density and thickness.  The goggles have excellent adaptability to all faces.

Venting System:
Front Ventilation:  Openings made on the front profile of the frame.  The flow of air is adjusted by density filters.  Given the prerogatives, excellent air circulation is created inside the goggles, contributing to limited misting and condensation effects. The filters also protect against entrance of snow and drops of water. 
Upper/lower ventilation: Openings made both on top and bottom parts of the frame. Given the prerogatives, excellent air circulation is created inside the goggles, contributing to limiting misting and condensation effects. The filters protect against the entrance of snow and drops of water.

Frame Finishing Techniques:
Injection:  Coloring is obtained by injecting material that is already colored. Offers traditional chromatic solutions.
Painting:  Production process to be carried out on molded frames.  It gives rise to finished made with special UV paints. Special chromatic and metallic effects are obtained.

Lenses:
Single lenses:  Available in acetate (for Thrama Plus 50 and Hi-Fi Vision Green lens variants) and in polycarbonate, these special filters are characterized by an anti-fog treatment, and in the polycarbonate lens variants, also by a particular anti-scratch treatment, making them longer-lasting.
Double lenses (DL):  In the Thrama Plus 50 and Hi-fi Vision (Green) lens variants, both the internal and outer filters are made out of anti-fog treated acetate and are connected to each other by means of an electric gasket which creates an insulating interspace.  In all other versions, the outer filter is made out of polycarbonate with an anti-scratch treatment, whereas the internal one is made out of acetate with an anti-fog treatment.  Also in this case, there is a special elastic gasket which connects them. In both cases the outer filter is transparent, whereas the internal one is colored in line with the type of lenses required.  
Vented double lenses:  They have the same characteristics as the double lenses, with an outer filter made out of polycarbonate and an anti-scratch treatment, and an internal filter made out of acetate with an anti-fog treatment.  The main feature is represented by the fact that, on the upper part, there is a series of specially designed holes, devised to increase air circulation and, therefore, improve the anti-fog capacities of the lenses.  The outer filter is transparent, whereas the outer one is colored in line with the type of lenses required.

Blast Side shapes engineered to improve field vision.  Calibrated density filters that create a measured airflow.  Molded foam frame that guarantees a comfort fit.  Upper, side and bottom vents for optimal air circulation.  Vented double lens that circulates air and prevents misting and fogging.  Double buckle design so that the headband can be adjusted for a precise fit.
