Prescription Information

Mask is made with an optical adapter that snaps inside mask and carries a custom made prescription lens (exact prescription including astigmatism). Quoted price is for a single vision CR-39 plastic lens for powers up to 4.00. For higher prescriptions, see prescription information page. Please note: PD measurements are required to properly fill your prescription.
