We are a retailer, not the manufacturer. If you did not purchase your
sunglasses/goggles from A Sight for Sport Eyes directly, do not return
merchandise to us. We will not be responsible for your returns.
All the
products we carry have at least a six month warranty on all parts (lenses
excluded) from the manufacturer (some exceptions). Most products have a one or
two year warranty. Native, Gargoyles, Zeal, Smith, LX Polarized and Rec-Specs have lifetime
warranties. Refer to each product page for warranty terms.
If you have a warranty problem please
refer to the warranty information card included with your packaging. We
only do the warranty for certain products. Please contact us to see if we handle
the warranty. Otherwise, you will do the warranty direct with the manufacturer.
If you do not have your warranty
card, please e-mail, call us or use on-line chat (top
left corner of site) and we will give you the warranty information. We may be
able to warrant certain items directly faster. Please
e-mail us or use on-line chat
first to see if your product qualifies. A service charge may apply.
If you need a copy of a receipt mailed
or faxed to you, please

and we will get it out to you immediately.
Neither the manufacturer nor A Sight
for Sport Eyes is responsible for items lost in the mail so please insure your
items.
Refund:
You have 30 days to return a non-prescription
product for a refund, less shipping.
All items
must be in their original condition and packaging. Items not in original
condition and packaging (case, brand packaging, etc. not shipping box) are subject to a restock fee. Shipping will not be
refunded. If shipping was given to you free on your order, you will refunded for
the item less the cost of shipping that item to you.
Prescriptions are non-refundable as they are custom made products. If the prescription lenses are
not made properly, will be re-made until correct. However, if you
don't like the style or have distortion problems associated with RX8 styles, A
Sight for Sport Eyes is not responsible for the lens cost. The frame only may be
returned for a full refund (except Bugz and Barracuda as lenses are glued in). In some
instances with lenses made by A Sight for Sport Eyes lab, lenses may be refunded
less a 60% restock fee with prior email authorization. If concerned, order frame first to try,
then send it back for a prescription lens. Also, see
prescription information page for wrap around frames (RX8). Some
prescriptions may be exchangeable. See exchange information below for additional
information.
Credits may take up to 4 weeks to show
on your card. We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail. Please
insure or add tracking to package for your own safety. *Any
promotional discounts used may be deducted from the return.

Exchange:
30 days for an exchange. No shipping charges will apply
on the first exchanged item unless you request faster shipping. Exchanged
items will be sent via regular mail. Frames must be in its original
condition and packaging to be fully exchangeable. (case, brand packaging, etc.
not shipping box) Exchanged items will be
shipped regular mail. If you would like your shipping upgraded for a charge,
please make a note with your return.
Prescription lenses are not fully exchangeable.
Prescription lenses made by the A Sight for Sport Eyes laboratory, are subject
to a one time re-do into another frame at no additional charge when made by A
Sight for Sport Eyes lab. Re-do must occur within 30 days of purchase. This does not
apply to lenses made direct with the manufacturer (authentic lenses). Some
examples are Serengeti, Bolle (except inserts), Zeal, Rudy Project (except
inserts), Smith, Bugz, Barracuda, Panoptx, etc. Prescription lenses made
direct from the manufacturer are not fully exchangeable/refundable under any
circumstances but some may qualify for discounted remake.

of your receipt for faster processing. Exchanged product will be mailed
back via regular US mail with delivery confirmation (in US only). No
insurance will be added unless you request it with your return.
We strive to offer the best prices on all of
our products, but if you find it cheaper, will try to match or beat any
authorized
dealer's advertised price (close-outs or specials not included). Note:
If you buy a product from an unauthorized dealer, your warranty may be
invalid. Just e-mail us where you found a price and we will tell you if
we can do better. We take into consideration shipping cost as well as
our shipping prices are one of the lowest around. For
prescriptions, we also take into consideration the quality of the
prescription lenses they are offering. There is a wide range of
quality on prescription lenses and coatings so if you see something at
an unbelievable price, chances are it is a low quality lens which means
either optics will be poor or the lens will chip/peel within a short
amount of time. We only use high quality, name brand prescription lenses
and coatings designed to last you several years. Also, if you see
companies offering you CR-39 plastic lenses in ASTM rated sports goggle
frames to make the price lower, beware. Legally, only polycarbonate/Trivex
lenses can be made in these frames so it is either something that they
are offering illegally, or more likely they will try to upsell you after
the sale.
Please note: We cannot match prices on Rudy Project products.
Note: If your receipt shows an unauthorized price on Rudy Project, Rudy
Project will not honor your warranty.

To check the
status of your order, please e-mail us or use on-line chat. Or, with new
shopping cart, you can
login to your account to check your status. We track your
order through your last name or order number. Please
be sure to include your name. We will forward you a tracking number to
track your shipment. We are only able to check order status over the
phone or by our on-line chat from 10:00am to 6:00pm PST Monday through
Friday. Please note: All on-line orders are subject to a 24 hour
delay and all orders placed after 2:00pm PST on Friday will not be
processed until Monday. Out of stock items are subject to a 1 to 5 day
delay. If your item is backordered for more than a week, we will notify
you.
