All items subject to a 1-5 working day delay if not in stock.  If longer than this due a backorder or other situation, we will let you know.  (note: due to our retail storefront, inventory status is not available online) If you are in a rush, please contact us to check availability.

See Shipping Information page for important shipping disclaimers on signature release of packages.

Non-prescription items can be returned for a refund within 45 days as long as items are in original condition and packaging.

Custom prescription lenses are non-refundable (pre made step diopter swim/dive excluded) (frames may be refundable).  Lenses made from A Sight for Sport Eyes lab can be exchanged one time no charge.  Manufacturer direct lenses ("Authentic") are not exchangeable but may be remade for a 50% of lens price.  If the prescription was made wrong, we will fix it at no charge.

To prevent any issues with frame fit, sizing, etc. we recommend you order the frame only first to try, then send it back for prescription lenses if it fits. You can try a few pairs while you're at it to give you choice!

Prescription lenses take an average of 7 to 10 working days unless you add any coatings which add an extra week. In some instances we mya be able to turn them around in 24-48 hours on some products. Call or email to check if this is an option for the product you are interested in.  Rush fees may also be an option to speed up the process if you are in a hurry.    Or if it is a manufacturer direct product ("Authentic lenses"), it could take 2-4 weeks depending on the brand.

We cannot guarantee any timelines as far as prescription lenses go because we have a strict high quality review process for prescription lenses.  We don't allow lenses within government "tolerances" which say a prescription can be off a certain amount and still be dispensed.  We only will send out prescription lenses if they are dead on exact to your Rx.  If lenses don't pass inspection, they have to be remade and thus timeline will start all over again. This is done to ensure you are getting the highest quality product and there are no errors in the prescription lens fabrication.  Also, any ASTM or ANSI rated frames have to go through additional impact testing. If a lens breaks during impact testing, the process has to start over again.  Orders in process cannot be cancelled because they are custom made.  If you need the glasses by a certain date, please call or email us and we will do our best to make sure it arrives in time, but again cannot guarantee this.
