We offer several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping transit times depend entirely on manufacturer stock status. Please note that our online catalog does not display real-time live stock inventory. If you need your items by a specific date, please call or email us first to verify availability.

Warranty Information
Please Note: We are an authorized retailer, not the manufacturer. If you did not purchase your sunglasses or goggles directly from A Sight for Sport Eyes, please do not return them to us; we cannot be responsible for external returns.
All products we carry include at least a 6-month manufacturer warranty on all parts (excluding lenses), with most brands offering a 1- to 2-year warranty. Premium brands like Native, Gargoyles, Zeal, Smith, LX Polarized, and RecSpecs carry limited lifetime warranties. Please refer to the individual product pages for exact terms.

How to claim: If you experience a warranty issue, please refer to the manufacturer's warranty card included in your original packaging. In most cases, you will process the claim directly with the manufacturer.

Our lab items: We directly handle warranties for Hilco products and custom prescription lenses produced by our internal laboratory. A processing and service fee applies to cover return shipping costs.

Need a receipt? If you misplaced your original invoice or warranty card, contact us via email or live chat and we will send a duplicate right away.
Neither the manufacturer nor A Sight for Sport Eyes is responsible for items lost in transit during return shipping. We strongly recommend insuring your package.

The Safety Difference: Many discount online retailers use thin, basic stock lenses (usually 1.0mm thick) that fail to meet high-impact safety standards. For all of our safety-rated products, we use premium 2.0mm custom-surfaced polycarbonate lenses engineered to meet strict ASTM and ANSI standards. These superior materials, custom lab surfacing, and expert optician review are reflected in our competitive everyday pricing.
Just like any precision safety equipment, a budget lens might look similar at a glance, but it won't offer the impact resistance, crisp visual clarity, or structural safety of a custom-surfaced premium lens. We don't cut corners on your vision safety.

Return Policy
1. Refunds (Non-Prescription Items)
You have 45 days from your delivery date to return non-prescription products for a refund.

Condition: All items must be in their original, pristine condition and complete brand packaging (including cases, branded boxes, and inserts—not just the shipping box). Items returned without original packaging are subject to a restocking fee.

Shipping: Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, we gladly provide a free return shipping label (US orders only). For standard returns, you may ship the item back via your preferred carrier (USPS is typically the most economical). If you request a return label from us, the direct cost of that label will be deducted from your final refund amount.

Exclusions: Due to health and safety regulations, dietary supplements and snorkels are strictly non-returnable.
2. Custom Prescription Policy
Because prescription lenses are custom-crafted to your unique visual parameters, they cannot be fully refunded.

Accuracy Guarantee: If a prescription lens is not manufactured accurately to your doctor's specifications, we will remake the lenses completely free of charge until they are perfect.

Fit & Style Accommodation: If your lenses are correct but you simply dislike the frame fit or aesthetic style, we want to help. Most prescription orders qualify for a one-time, no-charge frame exchange. Frames can be returned for a full refund; custom lenses made by the A Sight for Sport Eyes laboratory may be refunded minus a specialized lab restructuring fee with prior email authorization.

Try Before You Buy: To guarantee a perfect fit, we highly recommend trying the frames on first! Order the frame solo to check the fit at home. If you love it, contact us and we will issue a return label to bring the frame back to our lab to fit your custom lenses. Alternatively, you can order the prescription outright and mail back any trial frames separately for a clean refund.

3. Exchanges
Non-prescription items can be exchanged within 45 days.

Standard shipping is covered by us on your first exchanged item (US orders only; international exchanges require discounted international shipping rates).

Prescription remakes must be initiated within 30 days of receipt. Most manufacturer-direct custom lenses (ordered straight from the brand brand) are final sale and cannot be exchanged. Prescription lenses crafted internally by the A Sight for Sport Eyes laboratory can be remade at no bench charge (upgrades to more expensive frames or premium lens coatings will be billed at the variance cost).
Processing Time: Please allow 2–3 weeks for return processing and credits to reflect on your statement. Branded promotional discounts applied to the original order may be deducted from your final credit if the retained items no longer meet the original coupon thresholds.
