We have a new website. Here are common issues customers are experiencing and how to fix them until our tech team can figure out how to fix them:
- Page takes a long time to load: Please refresh the page. Sometimes it gets hung up on something. Refresh usually works.
- Order total is not correct: We know that if you go back to order the same item or change your mind on what boxes you click, sometimes the order total will show inaccurately. To fix, please clear cookies on your browser (for the last hour if you haven't been on the site that long). This will clear out the pricing issue. If you are ordering the same item, this may clear your cart completely so we don't recommend this fix. If ordering two of the same item and you are getting an error on the total, please just order online and email us the order number. We can manually refund/charge any difference that is not correct on the website.
- Can't Checkout: Some people on certain browsers are saying that they click the checkout button and nothing happens. We apologize as we don't know why this happens to only certain users. Please contact us to order via email, phone or chat and we can manually place your order with a discount due to the inconvenience.
- Have a different issue? Please let us know and we'll reward you with a coupon for finding an error on our site.

We offers several shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping time will depend on stock status. We do not have the ability to show available stock on-line. Please note: We are a retailer, not the manufacturer. If you did not purchase your sunglasses/goggles from A Sight for Sport Eyes directly, do not return merchandise to us. We will not be responsible for your returns.
All the products we carry have at least a six month warranty on all parts (lenses excluded) from the manufacturer (some exceptions). Most products have a one or two year warranty. Native, Gargoyles, Zeal, Smith, LX Polarized and Rec-Specs have lifetime warranties. Refer to each product page for warranty terms.
If you have a warranty problem please refer to the warranty information card included with your packaging. We only do the warranty for Hilco products and some prescription products. A service charge applies for warranties to cover shipping costs. In most cases, you will do the warranty directly with the manufacturer.
If you do not have your warranty card, please e-mail, call us or use on-line chat (bottom left corner of site) and we will give you the warranty information. If you need a copy of a receipt mailed or faxed to you, please e-mail us or use on-line chat and we will get it out to you immediately.
Neither the manufacturer nor A Sight for Sport Eyes is responsible for items lost in the mail so please insure your items.
We strive to offer the best prices on all of our products, but if you find it cheaper, we will try to match or beat any authorized optical dealer's advertised price (close-outs or specials not included)(optical dealers only--large sporting goods stores, etc. have different pricing). We only match prices from companies with a good rating on BBB. There are a lot of people advertising low prices but they can't deliver on those product. Thus, if they have negative ratings on BBB for non-delivery of products, we will not match their prices. Note: If you buy a product from an unauthorized dealer, your warranty may be invalid.
To price match, e-mail us where you found a price and we will tell you if we can do better. We take into consideration shipping cost as well as our shipping prices are one of the lowest around. For prescriptions, we also take into consideration the quality of the prescription lenses they are offering. There is a wide range of quality on prescription lenses and coatings so if you see something at an unbelievable price, chances are it is a low quality lens which means either optics will be poor or the lens will chip/peel within a short amount of time. We only use high quality, name brand prescription lenses and coatings designed to last you several years. Also, if you see companies offering you CR-39 plastic lenses in ASTM rated sports goggle frames to make the price lower, beware. Legally, only polycarbonate/Trivex lenses can be made in these frames so it is either something that they are offering illegally, or more likely they will try to upsell you after the sale. We often show prices of manufacturer direct lenses. For these we need to make sure they are offering "Authentic" lenses to match price. We can't match price of an authentic lens with a generic lens price.
You have 45 days to return a non-prescription product for a refund. All items must be in their original condition and packaging. Items not in original condition and packaging (case, brand packaging, etc. not shipping box) are subject to a restock fee. Any shipping charges on the initial order will not be refunded. If you are doing an exchange, we will provide a free shipping label (US orders only--we are unable to print international return labels). Otherwise, you can send it back however you want. USPS is the cheapest and you can print a label at usps.com. If you want us to provide a return shipping label, please e-mail us for a return label.
Because prescription lenses are custom made, we unfortunately cannot do a full refund on prescriptions. If the prescription lenses are not made properly, they will be re-made until correct. However, if you just don't like the fit or the style, we do want to help you. Most prescription items are exchangeable one time no charge. In most cases, the frame may be returned for a full refund. In some rare instances with lenses made by A Sight for Sport Eyes lab (not manufacturer direct lenses), lenses may be refunded less a restock fee with prior email authorization.
We suggest you use our try before you buy policy. We can send you the frame first to try, then send it back for a prescription lens once you make sure it fits. If it doesn't fit, send it back for a refund. If it does fit, we'll send you a label to return them free for prescription lenses.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for credits to appear on your card. We are not responsible for packages lost in the mail. Please insure or add tracking to package for your own safety. *Any promotional discounts used may be deducted from the return if the items kept no longer meet the requirement for the coupon. Prescription remakes must be done within 30 days. Most manufacture direct lenses are not exchangeable. See product page or Email us to see if your order qualifies. Prescription lenses made by the A Sight for Sport Eyes laboratory can be remade at no charge (unless you upgrade to a more expensive frame or add additional lens options). If you want us to provide a return shipping label, please e-mail us for a return label.
Mail returns and exchanges to: 1553 11th St., West Linn, OR 97068. Please include your name, address, and a copy of your receipt for faster processing. Exchanged product will be mailed back via regular US mail with delivery confirmation (in US only). No insurance will be added unless you request it with your return.
To check the status of your order, please e-mail us or use on-line chat. Or, with new shopping cart, you can login to your account to check your status. We track your order through your last name or order number. Please be sure to include your name. We will forward you a tracking number to track your shipment. We are only able to check order status over the phone or by our on-line chat from 9:00am to 5:00pm PST Monday through Friday. Please note: All on-line orders are subject to a 24 hour delay and all orders placed after 12:00pm PST on Friday will not be processed until Monday. Out of stock items are subject to a 1 to 5 day delay. If your item is backordered for more than a week, we will notify you.
