Seaspecs Angler Floating Sunglasses Information
Floating Fishing Sunglasses – your most important piece of equipment on the water. SeaSpecs Angler is designed to enhance your depth perception, increase your visibility at any time of day, and reduce eye fatigue in overall bright sun light. These men's performance sport fishing sunglasses also feature our proprietary floating frame and will bob atop of river, lake, or ocean water. Polarization and a clear view is essential so you can see beneath the surface of the water when you’re fishing to give you an edge over Mother Nature. The Angler’s unique in-lens venting keeps your view crisp and clear while SeaSpecs Brand Polarized UV400 lenses allow you to see above and below the water. An all-around neutral lens color, the Grey tint filters all wavelengths of visual light evenly across the spectrum. And by reducing intensity, Grey lenses keep colors true to life. The reflective coating works with the polarization feature to filter out distracting, discomforting and disabling glare.
Sizing Information:
If you look at the description on most product descriptions, we have the "eyesize" measurements. Glasses are not measured in sizes like clothes or shoes. Frames can fit differently on each person's nose or ears. The best option is to try for fit. But you can use the "eyesize" to give you an idea of size. You can double the "A" measurement, add the DBL (nose bridge) and get an approximation of width. However, if the glasses are wrap around, the "eyesize" will be bigger since it wraps around the sides. Thus, comparing the eyesize of your regular glasses doesn't always work. If you are unsure about size, you can also contact us for a recommendation. For more information on how eyesize works, check out our eyesize video.
What is a "PD"
PD (pupil distance) tells us how to center the "sweet spot" of the prescription right in front of your pupil for the best vision. If this is not on your prescription, you can contact wherever you made glasses (not necessarily your eye doctor) to get this information. Or see below on how to measure yourself.
What is "Add"
Add is your reading prescription power. If you wear bifocals or progressives, you will need this. If you don't wear bifcoals or progressives (typically people over 40) then you can skip this.
