Smith Vogue Snow Goggle Information
At long last, the new Smith Vogue delivers an attainable women’s goggle with all the necessities in a modern classic design. These frames are designed to fit a woman’s smaller face, with compression-molded foam creating a draft-free seal to keep out wind and moisture. A built-in Fog-X treatment absorbs and disperse any moisture that does find its way in to prevent fogging. The cylindrical dual lenses also feature AirFlow ventilation to further prevent fogging and ensure a clear field of view from the top of the run all the way to the bottom. The Vogue is helmet compatible with a no-slip silicone backed strap, and available in an array of colors to coordinate with your look.
- Cylindrical Carbonic-x lens for clarity and impact resistance with built-in Airflow technology for active ventilation
- Designed for ultimate integration with Smith helmets for maximum comfort, venting and fog-free performance
- Responsive Fit™ frame adjusts to your face for a precise, comfortable fit
- Dual-slide strap for easy size adjustment
- Single layer face foam wicks moisture for a fog-free fit
- Ultra-wide, silicone-backed strap stays put
- Women's small fit
Smith Prescription Information
This frame utilizes a prescription adapter. This is a piece that carries the prescription and snaps in behind the front lens of the sunglasses. This allows higher prescription availability with the coverage of a large, wrap sunglass lens. It also creates a smaller prescription lens surface area to reduce weight and thickness of prescription lenses. Prescription range +6.00 to -8.00 total power (sphere plus cyliinder). Most popular prescription options listed. Additional coatings can be added on prescription information page. Since insert sits behind goggle lenses, only clear lenses are recommended. Estimated processing time: 5 to 7 working days. Coatings will add a week.
Sizing Information:
If you look at the description on most product descriptions, we have the "eyesize" measurements. Glasses are not measured in sizes like clothes or shoes. Frames can fit differently on each person's nose or ears. The best option is to try for fit. But you can use the "eyesize" to give you an idea of size. You can double the "A" measurement, add the DBL (nose bridge) and get an approximation of width. However, if the glasses are wrap around, the "eyesize" will be bigger since it wraps around the sides. Thus, comparing the eyesize of your regular glasses doesn't always work. If you are unsure about size, you can also contact us for a recommendation. For more information on how eyesize works, check out our eyesize video.
What is a "PD"
PD (pupil distance) tells us how to center the "sweet spot" of the prescription right in front of your pupil for the best vision. If this is not on your prescription, you can contact wherever you made glasses (not necessarily your eye doctor) to get this information. Or see below on how to measure yourself.
What is "Add"
Add is your reading prescription power. If you wear bifocals or progressives, you will need this. If you don't wear bifcoals or progressives (typically people over 40) then you can skip this.
