Ombraz Cammina Sunglasses Information
The Cammina is slender with vintage subtleties - just as suitable for exploring the alpine as it is strolling to your favorite corner cafe. Made in Italy. Available in Regular and Narrow.
Traditional sunglasses break, fall off, hurt the sides of your head, and are difficult to store. By replacing the arms with a built-in cord, Ombraz (pronounced ohm-bruhz) don’t break, won’t fall off, and, when worn correctly, are surprisingly more comfortable than ordinary sunglasses. Ombraz are equipped with world-class Zeiss optics and a lifetime warranty.

Ombraz Optional Accessories:
Nose Pad Riser: Removable, this accessory attaches to your frame, increasing the depth and surface area of the nose pads and adding additional padding to the brow.
The riser was designed to:
- Alleviate fogging by increasing airflow and ventilation
- Reduce sweat and oil build-up on the lenses by lifting the frames off the face and brow
- Improve fit, stability, and frame positioning for low nose bridge face shapes
Side Shields: Block peripheral light and reduce glare on the water, snow, or any other high-sun environment. The Side Shields are removable, malleable, and engineered with a patent-pending louvered design for ventilation.
Floatie: Neoprene floatie keeps your Ombraz from sinking. Ombraz don't fall off during regular use, however, if you're paddling around in the surf, diving off a cliff, or dropping past a keeper hole on the river, (god forbid), your Ombraz could potentially slip off. The floatie wraps around the cord and locks back to itself, ensuring your Ombraz pop back up to the surface. Note: Once you add prescription lenses, they may not float as prescription lenses are heavier than the non-prescription lenses these were tested on.
Ombraz Prescription Information
ASFSE lenses made by Carl Zeiss laboratory to keep the consisten product quality lenses. Most popular prescription lenses listed. Prescription lens prices quoted are for a pair of lenses with prescriptions up to +4.00 to -6.00 diopters cylinder, up to 2.00 diopter cylinder. Higher prescriptions not recommended. For other lens options such as specialty photochromic lenses, and more, see prescription information. Estimated time frame for prescription: 10 to 15 working days. (coatings may add 3-5 days to processing time)
Sizing Information:
If you look at the description on most product descriptions, we have the "eyesize" measurements. Glasses are not measured in sizes like clothes or shoes. Frames can fit differently on each person's nose or ears. The best option is to try for fit. But you can use the "eyesize" to give you an idea of size. You can double the "A" measurement, add the DBL (nose bridge) and get an approximation of width. However, if the glasses are wrap around, the "eyesize" will be bigger since it wraps around the sides. Thus, comparing the eyesize of your regular glasses doesn't always work. If you are unsure about size, you can also contact us for a recommendation. For more information on how eyesize works, check out our eyesize video.
What is a "PD"
PD (pupil distance) tells us how to center the "sweet spot" of the prescription right in front of your pupil for the best vision. If this is not on your prescription, you can contact wherever you made glasses (not necessarily your eye doctor) to get this information. Or see below on how to measure yourself.
What is "Add"
Add is your reading prescription power. If you wear bifocals or progressives, you will need this. If you don't wear bifcoals or progressives (typically people over 40) then you can skip this.
