The Marea Junior is the small size of the Marea for adults. It is a 2 windowed mask particularly suitable not only for snorkeling but also for scuba diving. It has dual tempered glass lenses, a double feathered skirt edge that adapts to most faces and a small inner volume that is perfect for going deep underwater. The Marea Junior is made from high quality sealing soft silicone that offers extraordinary and unprecedented comfort and fit. The mask is equipped with micrometric buckles for easily adjusting the strap length. Thanks to the silicone nose pocket, it is easy to equalize the pressure even while wearing thick gloves. Safety Warning: do not dive head first or jump into water while wearing the mask! The lenses are not designed to withstand this kind of impact or other undue forces and may shatter, possibly causing injuries.

Cressi Prescription Information

Accepts step diopters -1.50 to -6.00 in 0.50 increments, or bifocal readers in +1.00 to +4.00 in 0.50 increments. For information on picking the right lens powers for your prescription, see FAQ page on how to read a prescription. We recommend having lenses installed. It is really difficult to install yourself and if you install yourself, the seal may no longer be rated for depth.

Also can be made custom made with the exact prescription lenses made directly into the mask with CR-39 Plastic lenses. Direct in prescription is limited to prescription powers of +2.00 to -8.00. Takes about 2 weeks to make.

Sizing Information:

If you look at the description on most product descriptions, we have the "eyesize" measurements. Glasses are not measured in sizes like clothes or shoes. Frames can fit differently on each person's nose or ears. The best option is to try for fit. But you can use the "eyesize" to give you an idea of size. You can double the "A" measurement, add the DBL (nose bridge) and get an approximation of width. However, if the glasses are wrap around, the "eyesize" will be bigger since it wraps around the sides. Thus, comparing the eyesize of your regular glasses doesn't always work. If you are unsure about size, you can also contact us for a recommendation. What is a "PD"

PD (pupil distance) tells us how to center the "sweet spot" of the prescription right in front of your pupil for the best vision. If this is not on your prescription, you can contact wherever you made glasses (not necessarily your eye doctor) to get this information. Or see below on how to measure yourself.

What is "Add"

Add is your reading prescription power. If you wear bifocals or progressives, you will need this. If you don't wear bifocals or progressives (typically people over 40) then you can skip this.
