NEW REVOLUTIONARY ANTI-FOG SYSTEM SIMMETRIC OPTICAL MASK INNER MEMBRANES
A patented membrane surrounding the inner nose pocket (1) and both the inner eyes pockets (2) which acts as a barrier and traps any moisture escaping from the diver’s nose involuntarily when breathing through the mouth. The result is that not only is the moisture channeled away from the lenses, thus avoiding the fogging up of them, but it also reduces the need to compensate for pressure. To further improve the anti-fog effect, Cressi suggests, the first times that the dive mask is used, to spray some anti-fog solution or to apply some saliva on the inside of the lenses and then to rinse them with water.
HEAT EXCHANGER The external part of the skirt features a cooling system composed of two small heat exchangers that act as radiators (3). Thanks to this system, the temperature inside mask drops, coming closer to the external temperature and the droplets of humidity are trapped before the air reaches the lenses, preventing them from fogging up. The Prisma is much more than a mask; it is a reliable companion for exploring the underwater world in full clarity. The Prisma is equipped with the Cressi patented FOG-STOP system, which drastically reduces fogging through the internal thermoregulation of the warm, damp air exiting the nose. The external part of the skirt additionally features a cooling system made of soft heat exchangers that act as radiators. This effect drops the temperature inside the mask, bringing it closer to the external temperature, and traps the droplets of humidity before the air reaches the lenses, preventing fogging. What makes the Prisma additionally unique is its ease of adjustment: The micro-adjustment buckle is connected to a soft connection point at the frame, making it easy and smooth to adjust the strap tension without any skirt deformation, which often causes water ingress. Thanks to the combination of two different frame materials and Cressi’s innovative patented soft skirt construction, the mask folds easily to fit in your BCD or cargo pocket.
The Prisma offers the possibility to fit optical lenses for both negative and positive correction, allowing anyone to fully enjoy the wonders of the underwater world without compromising vision.
It is available in different colors and also with special lenses (optional) that protect against the ultraviolet rays of the sun. The UV420-coated colored lens protectsthe retina from harmful High Energy Visible (HEV) light, present on both sunny and cloudy days. They provide a superior sight definition during diving. With 95% UV ray tolerance, these lenses reduce the risk of long-term eye damage and cataracts. Its 92% light transmittance ensures clear, unobstructed vision underwater, enhancing your ability to see vivid colors and fine details.

Sizing Information:
If you look at the description on most product descriptions, we have the "eyesize" measurements. Glasses are not measured in sizes like clothes or shoes. Frames can fit differently on each person's nose or ears. The best option is to try for fit. But you can use the "eyesize" to give you an idea of size. You can double the "A" measurement, add the DBL (nose bridge) and get an approximation of width. However, if the glasses are wrap around, the "eyesize" will be bigger since it wraps around the sides. Thus, comparing the eyesize of your regular glasses doesn't always work. If you are unsure about size, you can also contact us for a recommendation. For more information on how eyesize works, check out our eyesize video.
What is a "PD"
PD (pupil distance) tells us how to center the "sweet spot" of the prescription right in front of your pupil for the best vision. If this is not on your prescription, you can contact wherever you made glasses (not necessarily your eye doctor) to get this information. Or see below on how to measure yourself.
What is "Add"
Add is your reading prescription power. If you wear bifocals or progressives, you will need this. If you don't wear bifcoals or progressives (typically people over 40) then you can skip this.
