Our traditional mountaineering glasses are a timeless piece, a signature of our mountain history. Rock stars, mountaineers and Julbo fans from all walks of life have sung their praise. To celebrate our 125th Anniversary and give our fans the sunglasses they’ve been requesting, we’ve brought back the Vermont. This is our traditional mountaineering frame with round lens, a leather nose piece and leather side shields.

Julbo Prescription Information
Lenses made with ASFSE lab. Most popular lenses listed. Note: Level 4 lenses are not available. See prescription information page for full lens descriptions and all other options. Recommended prescription lens +6.00 to -6.00. Higher prescriptions may be doable with thinning technology. Processing time is 7 to 10 business days. Coatings will add an extra week.
Sizing Information:
If you look at the description on most product descriptions, we have the "eyesize" measurements. Glasses are not measured in sizes like clothes or shoes. Frames can fit differently on each person's nose or ears. The best option is to try for fit. But you can use the "eyesize" to give you an idea of size. You can double the "A" measurement, add the DBL (nose bridge) and get an approximation of width. However, if the glasses are wrap around, the "eyesize" will be bigger since it wraps around the sides. Thus, comparing the eyesize of your regular glasses doesn't always work. If you are unsure about size, you can also contact us for a recommendation. What is a "PD"
PD (pupil distance) tells us how to center the "sweet spot" of the prescription right in front of your pupil for the best vision. If this is not on your prescription, you can contact wherever you made glasses (not necessarily your eye doctor) to get this information. Or see below on how to measure yourself.
What is "Add"
Add is your reading prescription power. If you wear bifocals or progressives, you will need this. If you don't wear bifcoals or progressives (typically people over 40) then you can skip this.
