Smith Prescription Information

Bolle Rx adapter This frame utilizes a prescription adapter. This is a piece that carries the prescription and snaps in behind the front lens of the goggles or sunglasses. This allows higher prescription availability with the coverage of a large, wrap sunglass lens. It also creates a smaller prescription lens surface area to reduce weight and thickness of prescription lenses. Prescription range +6.00 to -8.00 total power (sphere plus cyliinder). Most popular prescription options listed. Additional coatings can be added on prescription information page. Since insert sits behind goggle lenses, only clear lenses are recommended. Estimated processing time: 5 to 7 working days. Coatings will add a week.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this use a prescription insert for the ski goggles?
Yes this product uses a prescription adapter that snaps inside the goggles.
How long will it take for my order to come in?

Non-prescription orders may be subject to a 1-5 processing delay. If you are in a hurry, contact us to check stock. Prescription lenses are custom made to your exact specification. Thus they average about 2 weeks but can take longer if lenses don't pass quality control first time around.

What is PD, and why do you need it for my prescription?

PD stands for pupillary distance. It measures the distance between your pupils and helps us position the optical center of your prescription lenses correctly in front of your eyes. If your PD isn't listed on your prescription, you can ask the optical provider who made your previous glasses for it or measure it using SportEyes' PD instructions.

How do I submit my prescription?

When ordering a product with prescription options, select the prescription option on the product page and choose your lens options. During the prescription step, you can either upload a copy of your prescription or enter the prescription values using the provided fields. If you need help entering your prescription, contact SportEyes and our team can assist you.
