Switch Altitude Ultimate Sunglasses Information
The Altitude Ultimate features a deep lens for wide eye coverage and maximum protection from sun, wind and dust. The oversized end piece and temple look great and disguise the edge thickness of an Rx lens. From road biking to mountain biking, the Altitude will allow you to see the world in its entirety on your next sporting adventure and is available in polarized or non-polarized interchangeable lens options.

All kits include 2 lenses, either one polarized or non-polarized lens, and one pair of low light Rose Amber lenses. Also included is a microfiber cleaning pouch and one magnetic lens pod to hold the extra set of lenses.

Switch Prescription Information
Authentic Switch Vision prescription lenses available. Direct in (full lens) lenses with the same magnetic technology. Progressive lenses require taking measurements first. See progressive policy here. Add prescription lenses to the frame only option or order lenses only if you already have the frame. Enter prescription details in boxes below or fax/email (not required) the Rx to us if you are unsure how to enter it online. Prescription limitations based on total power (sphere plus cylinder) but not recommended for cylinder power over 2.00. Prescription availability may also depends on PD.
Single vision ranges:
PD 58 to 60: +1.25 to -3.00
PD 62 to 68: +2.00 to -3.50
Progressive Ranges:
+1.00 to -2.50
Prescription lenses are available in both Polycarbonate lens materials only. Estimated processing time: 2-3 weeks.
Sizing Information:
If you look at the description on most product descriptions, we have the "eyesize" measurements. Glasses are not measured in sizes like clothes or shoes. Frames can fit differently on each person's nose or ears. The best option is to try for fit. But you can use the "eyesize" to give you an idea of size. You can double the "A" measurement, add the DBL (nose bridge) and get an approximation of width. However, if the glasses are wrap around, the "eyesize" will be bigger since it wraps around the sides. Thus, comparing the eyesize of your regular glasses doesn't always work. If you are unsure about size, you can also contact us for a recommendation. What is a "PD"
PD (pupil distance) tells us how to center the "sweet spot" of the prescription right in front of your pupil for the best vision. If this is not on your prescription, you can contact wherever you made glasses (not necessarily your eye doctor) to get this information. Or see below on how to measure yourself.
What is "Add"
Add is your reading prescription power. If you wear bifocals or progressives, you will need this. If you don't wear bifcoals or progressives (typically people over 40) then you can skip this.
