Freedom

Freedom technology is a set of revolutionary features offering superior fit, comfort and increased performance in TUSA masks. Freedom model masks feature a dimpled skirt surface with varied silicone thicknesses and stability ridges in addition to a proprietary low-friction skirt surface on the fitting line.

180 Buckle System

The buckle rotates a full 180 degrees to accommodate varying head sizes for optimum fit. The thin frame and rotation of the buckle allows the mask to be folded into a compact size.

3-D Strap

TUSA's patented 3-D strap is a true three-dimensional design that snugly fits against the head's natural curvature. The 3-D strap offers unprecedented comfort and fit unlike standard flat mask straps.

Panoramic View

Panoramic View masks feature a variety of designs offering an incredibly wide field-of-view. Several designs incorporate minimum frame volumes, domed side-windows, reduced frame structures as well as three and four window styles for maximum vision.

Round Edge Skirt

TUSA's Round Edge Skirt features a proprietary round edge cross-sectionally shaped skirt. This rounded edge results in a soft fit that suppresses pressure and reduces creasing left on the face. The "planar fit, instead of linear fit" silicone skirt maintains great fit and unprecedented comfort.

Skirt Mounted Quick-Adjust Buckle System

The Quick-Adjust Buckle System incorporates a newly-designed low-profile buckle into the crystal silicone skirt of the mask. The result is a compact, lightweight, technologically advanced mask design that can be easily and quickly adjusted for a perfect fit.

Tusa Prescription Lens Options

Tusa Corrective lenses The UA0510 corrective lenses with Universal Optical Frame are for all TUSA Sport masks. Available with a frame and pair of same diopter lenses -2.0, -3.0, -4.0, -5.0,.

Scubaspec For custom prescription lenses, we use a generic prescription insert that suction cup inside. Prescription lenses are an add on. Most popular prescription lenses listed. Prescription lens prices quoted are for a pair of lenses with prescriptions up to 6.00 diopters cylinder, up to 2.00 diopter cylinder. Higher prescriptions will incur additional power charges. For other lens options such as high index lenses (recommended on powers over 8.00 as thick lenses may push against facial bones), and more, see prescription information page. No prescription limitations. Estimated time frame for prescription: 5 to 7 working days. Anti-fog coating includes heavy duty scratch coating and is recommended on this product. Fog coatings will add 3-5 days to processing time.

Sizing Information:

If you look at the description on most product descriptions, we have the "eyesize" measurements. Glasses are not measured in sizes like clothes or shoes. Frames can fit differently on each person's nose or ears. The best option is to try for fit. But you can use the "eyesize" to give you an idea of size. You can double the "A" measurement, add the DBL (nose bridge) and get an approximation of width. However, if the glasses are wrap around, the "eyesize" will be bigger since it wraps around the sides. Thus, comparing the eyesize of your regular glasses doesn't always work. If you are unsure about size, you can also contact us for a recommendation. What is a "PD"

PD (pupil distance) tells us how to center the "sweet spot" of the prescription right in front of your pupil for the best vision. If this is not on your prescription, you can contact wherever you made glasses (not necessarily your eye doctor) to get this information. Or see below on how to measure yourself.

What is "Add"

Add is your reading prescription power. If you wear bifocals or progressives, you will need this. If you don't wear bifcoals or progressives (typically people over 40) then you can skip this.
